42 Million Americans Don’t Have Enough Food To Eat –Biden

“As I speak, one in 7 households in America — more than 1 in 5 Black and Latino households — report they don’t have enough food to eat. These include 30 million adults and as many as 12 million children. It’s wrong, it’s tragic, it’s unnecessary, it’s unacceptable.” –

Preisdent-elect Joe Biden in a broadcast on Thursday to announce $1.9 trillion Covid 19 stimulus package. That is how a #President who cares genuinely about the people he governs would react. Please note that Biden did not attempt to sugar-quote it. Lives are involved. People are suffering. He identified the problems and proffered solutions. May GOD give Biden the strength to serve his people with all his heart and may GOD give all prevaricating Presidents the courage to admit the pain their people are experiencing and take urgent steps to help them. President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo (76), waived payment of water and electricity bills for all #Ghanaians since last April to help them cushion the effect of the pandemic. Even the Donald #Trump-led federal government gave every American adult $1,800 (N855,000) through cheques or direct deposit in addition to other supports for children and businesses. The government of President Muhammadu Buhari also announced stimulus packages and I hope the people truly benefitted from them. 78-year-old Biden is the oldest man elected as #US President. He has shown that you can be old and still care passionately about your people. The words of GEM Jouad couldn’t be more succinct. “Men are like wine. Some turn to vinegar but the best improve with age.”
