Presidential hopeful, activist and publisher of Sahara Reporters, Omoyele Sowere, visited the Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II to inform him of his bid to contest for presidency in 2019.

Sowore, who started the Take Back Nigeria Movement, otherwise sloganeered as #TakeItBack also addressed a town hall meeting at the Arewa House.

Sowore also visited Ibadan, Oyo State and the Federal Capital Territory in Abuja.
