A Lagos based legal practitioner, HRM Babatunde Ogala, will be representing the mother of two, Olamide who allegedly stabbed her husband to death.
According to IT expert, Mrs. Bamidele Ademola-Olateju in a Facebook post this evening, “I have spoken to Barrister Ogala this morning and he agreed to represent Olamide. Many lawyers have also contacted me privately offering their services for free. I will contact each one of them privately and connect them, so we can mount a robust team of legal and behavioral experts to defend Olamide,” she said.
She said she has also asked that a bank account for this purpose be opened on her behalf on Monday, so she and her children be taken care of while in legal limbo.
The 24-year-old mother of two, Olamide, said she stabbed her husband in self-defence, after being pinned down by the deceased, who was notorious for always beating her.
