Ovation publisher, Bashorun Dele Momodu and his best friend and cousin, Prince Adedamola Aderemi, today, visited HIM Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi 111, the Alaafin of Oyo, at his palace in Oyo town, Oyo State. They were in the ancient town to felicitate with  Oba Adeyemi on the occasion of his 80th birthday.

The duo has a long-standing relationship with the monarch, who is regarded as the most powerful king in Yorubaland.

The Alaafin, who was very elated to see his two sons, treated them to an elaborate reception.

Prince Aderemi and Bashorun Momodu, who are like Siamese twins, are in Oyo state, to prepare for the 80th birthday ceremony of Prince Aderemi’s mother, which holds tomorrow.
