NTDC DG Folorunso Coker Visits Nigerian Embassy In Athens

The Director-General of the Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation, Mr Folorunso Coker, last week, paid a courtesy visit to the Nigerian Embassy in Athens.

He was warmly received by Ambassador Opunimi Akinkugbe and he spent time with the team Athens, which include Mr Patricious Ujagbor (Minister, Political & Economic), Mr Felix Logo (Head Consular), Mr Mohammed Bello (Immigration Attache), Ms Olga Papadopoulou,(Social Secretary), Ms Zerah Waminaje, (Second Secretary) and Mrs Patience Ochekwu (Head of Chancery).

There was a robust discussion in which Coker shared his thoughts on the immense opportunities that exist in promoting tourism between Greece and Nigeria, as this will foster social and economic growth between the two countries. 

Coker said he looked forward to participating in the upcoming African Cultural Festival and the African Film Festival, which would afford Nigeria the opportunity to showcase its rich cultural heritage.
