Another edition of The ELITES Magazine is out, and we go on a lone-personality cover for this special edition.
This edition is a 140-page compendium tagged “Special Collector’s Edition” in honour of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Adekunle Tinubu, the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC; and a frontline presidential aspirant, who celebrated his 70th birthday recently.
Courage, tolerance, resillience and never-say-die spirit are hallmarks of a great leader and Asiwaju Tinubu has them all. He has even combined the exercise of his power and positive impact on humanity to explore their achievements and legacy, and this is what transmuted him to what he has become: a cult-hero of some sorts.
Take it or leave it, Asiwaju Tinubu is a child of destiny, and there are no two of his kind in every generation. Not so many countries have been lucky to have his species too.
As would be expected, eulogies came in torrents to extol the virtues of this man of destiny when he clocked 70 on Tuesday, March 29, 2022. Aside from a moving tribute and interview by his better-half, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the political class also exhausted all relevant adjectives to describe the man who is trending like a heartbeat in Nigeria presently.
