The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara yesterday advised the 5.0 CGPA record-breaking graduate from UniLag, Ayodele Dada to avoid the influence of money, women and alcohol if he is to sustain the feat.
Dogara, who spoke when the House of Representatives hosted the graduate in honour of his achievement said: “we don’t have money to give you, but what we are going to do is not only intended to inspire you, but to encourage other students. Now as a role model, you must be very careful with money, women and alcohol. If you allow them get into you, all these things we are saying today would end up as nothing,” he said.
Earlier, House leader, Femi Gbajabiamila said the student, who graduated psychology department of university of Lagos, had maintained a Cumulative Grade Point Average of 5.0 in all the courses he undertook.
