British Airway’s Regional Manager, West Africa, Kola Olayinka has pointed out why the airline is in collaboration with most of the indigenous travel agents across the country.
Olayinka who stated that the relationship between his Airline and agents remain a very solid one said “without our partners, we cannot reach our highly valued customers who are located in every corner of Nigeria, essentially customers are the very essence of our being in business”.
Speaking further during his remarks at the Travel Consultant’s forum held at both Abuja and Lagos recently, Olayinka said NANTA under the leadership of the current President is a very strong ally of British Airways, both jointly focused on the dual areas of growth of the Aviation industry as well as ensuring high level of customer service delivery to our joint customers’
The NANTA President, Mr Bernard Bankole who was represented at the Lagos event by Vice President of NANTA, Ms Kemi Adewole while lauding the efforts of BA in the market urge other Airlines to emulate British Airways efforts in the way they relate to the industry and their Travel Partners who are the downstream of Aviation sector in Nigeria. He promised all out partnership with BA in all ways possible to move the Aviation sector in Nigeria forward.’

British Airways rewarded their travel Partners all over Nigeria recently with prizes ranging from I-Pad Air to Business class tickets on British Airways to return tickets to London on their award-winning Club word seats (Business Class).
