After a blistering outing at the University of Port Harcourt last Friday, the Glo Campus Storm moves to the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus, this Friday, where students are already waiting with bated breath to have mad fun.
The grandmasters of data, Globacom, kicked off the mega concert in UNIPORT last week with a spectacular outing at the Gymnasium Hall of the University, treating the students and members of the university community to world-class funtainment.
Preparations for the show at the Enugu Campus of the University of Nigeria is in top gear.
Globacom listed the artistes expected to perform at the concert to include Jude Abaga, better known by his stage name, MI, Timaya also known as the Egberi Papa 1 of Bayelsa, and hiphop star, Runtown. Ace comedian, Gordons, will anchor the event, while DJ Neptune has the responsibility of mixing hit jams.
The company explained that the Campus Storm concert is an entertainment show designed to excite students nationwide who will also have the opportunity of winning delightful prizes and becoming Glo Campus ambassadors.
The telecommunications giant added that “10 winners in each campus will receive up to N100,000 each, with all the 240 winners vying for the “Glo Data Dude” and “Glo Data Diva” coveted crowns at the grand finale. The two top winners in each category (male and female) will also have the chance of winning N1 million each in scholarships in addition to being signed on as Globacom Brand Ambassadors. They will also get special invitations to all Globacom organised events and shows such as the Glo-CAF Awards, Glo Laffta Fest and Glo Slide ‘n’ Bounce concerts”.
Globacom explained that admittance to the White House Auditorium, venue of the show, will be by a recharge of N500 campus data plan.
