Former vice president, Atiku Abubakar, says President Muhamadu Buhari’s safe return is a happy moment for him not only as a fellow party member, but also as a Nigerian who has tremendous goodwill and best wishes for the president.

A statement released yesterday from his media office in Abuja said the return of the president would put to an end to the uncertainty and conspiracy theories over his absence.

Abubakar said with the president’s return, Nigerians should unite behind their common interests and speak with one voice instead of nursing bitterness against one another because over political differences. He prayed God to bless the president with many more years of good health and energy to serve the country successfully.
