Deceased boxing legend, Muhammad Ali, will be buried on Friday, June 10, 2016, in his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky, with former American president Bill Clinton slated to deliver a eulogy at the funeral.
Ali died at 9:10 p.m. MST Friday in Scottsdale, Arizona, from septic shock, the result of an infection that spreads throughout the body and causes vital organs to shut down. It came from unspecified natural causes, according to family spokesman Bob Gunnell.
Meanwhile, MultiChoice Africa will be paying tribute to boxing legend Muhammad Ali, with a special pop-up channel on DStv channel 199 and GOtv channel 29. The channels will pop-up today and run until next week Sunday, June 12, 2016 at 11:30 am CAT.
The tribute channel will broadcast the legend’s greatest fights, interviews and documentaries about his life.
DStv subscribers on the English packages – Premium, Compact Plus, Compact, Family and Access, plus the Portuguese bouquets on Bue, Grande and Facil will be able to tune in. All GOtv subscribers on GOtv Lite, Value and Plus will also be able to celebrate the boxing legend’s life.
