Nigeria’s Oluwatobiloba Amusan has won gold in the women’s 100m hurdles ahead of two Jamaicans, Danielle Williams and Yanique Thompson in the ongoing Commonwealth game in Australia.
Amusan ran a time of 12.68 to beat Williams of Jamaica who clocked 12.78 and Thompson of Jaimaica who clocked 12.98.
Victory for the 20-year old athlete has taken Ngeria’s medal haul at the ongoing Commonwealth game in Australia to eight gold, five silver, and five bronze.
Also the nation had recorded victory in shot-put, para-sport, table-tennis, and others at the on-going sports event.
