One of Nigeria’s most prominent boardroom guru and titled chiefs in Yorubaland, Balogun Bisi Omidiora is dead.
The ELITES gathered that Omidiora died on 18 September, and he was aged 83. Sadly too, hie death occurred barely a year after that of his wife of 56 years, Eyinade Oyindamola, ( she was the daughter of late Oba Adesoji Aderemi, former Ooni of Ife), who passed on at the age of 81.

Omidiora, who held the revered title of Balogun of Ile-Ife, was the Chairman, Body of Past Presidents, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a former executive director, UAC Plc.

Since the news of his death broke out, prominent Nigerians have been trooping his Apapa, Lagos home to mourn with his family.
