Last Wednesday, 23 May, 2018, Salamotu, the wife of Honourable Femi Gbajabiamila Majority Leader of the House of Representatives, clocked 50. 

The event was marked with a Thanksgiving and a mad hatter-themed party. 

The major highlight of the birthday celebration was the presentation of a Mercedes G-Wagon to the celebrant by her husband.
