The Nigerian society, last weekend, Sunday, 14 August, 2016, honoured notable politician, Aviation expert and businessman, Dr. Peter Obafemi. The occasion was the 90th birthday celebration of his beloved mother, Madam Patience Olutayo Obafemi.

The event kicked off with a Thanksgiving service at CSS Movement Church, Kilometre 4, Apapa Oshodi Expressway, Surulere, Lagos. This was then followed by a grand reception at the Eagle Club, Adeniran Ogunsanya, Surulere. On the bandstand to entertain the guests were Evangelist Ebenezer Obey and Sir Shina Peters.

The classy party was graced by many political heavyweights, businessmen, socialites and celebrities.
