Vice President Professor Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, presided over a special session of the National Economic Council on Human Capital Development. In attendance were Alhaji Aliko Dangote and Mr. Bill Gates of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Also present at the session were governors, ministers, top government officials and representatives of international organisations and donor agencies. The event was held at the banquet hall of the Presidential Villa.
