The Senate has confirmed the appointment of a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Muiz Banire as Chairman of the Governing Board of the Assets Management Corporation of Nigeria.

The appointment was confirmed at the chamber on Wednesday.

Mr Banire was the National Legal Adviser of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
