He who finds a wife, finds a good thing and obtaines favor from God.
If there is anyone in this world who can attest to the truism of these words, it is the man who found you ma’am. Lanre Fasasi aka Sound Sultan.
My heart is heavy but grateful for the blessings you brought. I do not know all but these 10 are loud in my head & i beg you to accept my “Thank you” for them
1) Thank you for understanding the nature of his job. For the many nights when duty called. Even for weeks outside town
2) As a peoples person, your husband always had someone knocking on the door or living in the house. Your sense of accommodation amazed us
3) Thanks for your contentment. Not for once did you pressure him to out-do his peers
4) Thanks for being his peace. He always wanted to go home because of the heavenly environment you had pain stakenly built. Zero drama queen.
.
5) Thank you for your support at low times. He didn’t always have the hottest song in the land, his job had natural seasons of financial drought, when the shows trickled in. Then these months of sickness. In all these your support was unshakeable.
6) Thank you for what you have done with the kids. He never ceases to tell his boys what an amazing mum you are.
7) Thank you for your malleability. Neither tribe nor religion stood in the way of your ability to adjust to new settings that solidified your marraige. I still do not know an igbo Christian girl who married a yoruba Muslim guy. Pure love. You are special
8) Thank you for not seeking the spot light. Clearly the hardest thing for the wives of popular people across the world to resist. But not you. Even in plenty, like your hubby, you too didn’t see the need for the world to know about your material milestone acquisitions
9) Thank you for your patience. Your husband never rushed into anything in his life. He was a process person. You waited always
10) Thank you for the way you loved him. Always renewing your romance. Pet name calling we all envied. He was your world & he knew it. What a feeling it gave him
Thank you @faridafasasi for making the legend we miss. We would never understand your pain nor bring him back but you ma, would never be alone
