On Saturday, July 1, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu paid a visit to Hajia Bintu Omosefe Fatima Tinubu at her residence in Lagos.

Hajia Tinubu, who is the Iyalode of Lagos, is the widow of Alhaji Kafaru Oluwole Tinubu, lawyer and legendary ex-commissioner of police. She is the mother of Adewale Jubril Tinubu, the Group Chief Executive Officer of Oando PLC. 

Also present during the president’s visit to the matriarch of the Tinubu family, was Mr. Segun Awolowo, the former Secretary of the National Action Committee on African Continental Free Trade Area AfCFTA, as well as his mother, Hajia Abba Zainab Folawiyo.
