Tolu Agbeyo Makes List of Top 100 Most Influential People of African Descent Global

He is a chip off the old block. That’s Tolulope Agbeyo, the son of popular philanthropist and consummate entrepreneur, Dr. Tope Agbeyo. The Chairman of Cornfield Group has been honoured both nationally and internationally for his outstanding contributions to enterprise development and innovation on the Continent of Africa. Now the son is already taking after his father. Last week, in recognition of his invaluable achievement, Tolulope, who is the founder and CEO, Botosoft Technologies, was officially announced as one of the honorees of ‘Most Influential People of African Descent’, MIPAD Class of 2018. The young, vibrant and innovative Nigerian entrepreneur took his spot on the famous and well thought-out the Global Top I00 Under 40 list, having been identified as high achiever of African descent in private sector, along with others from all around the world by MIPAD.

Tolulope is a graduate of Computer Science with Web Technologies from Queen Mary University of London and a Masters degree in Innovations, Entrepreneurship and Management from the prestigious Imperial College, London. He runs Botosoft Technologies, an award winning security solutions company which recently launched another office in Nairobi, Kenya. This latest feat and milestone recorded by the young Agbeyo didn’t happen by accident; he is a man with consistent penchant for carving a niche market for his business, with long history of highly effective service delivery and providing value added products and services. Apart from providing employment for qualified young Nigerians, he is equally with a record of excellent quality production performance, in tandem with customer’s specifications, and always ensuring quality production that meets international standard. MIPAD is a unique global list that identifies, in total, 200 outstanding individuals under 40, with 100 inside Africa, 100 outside Africa in the Diaspora.

The initiative is essentially keyed into building a progressive network of civil society actors to join together and support the implementation of the International Decade for People of African Descent, 2015 – 2024, as proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly Resolution 68/237. Tolulope also seat on the board of Cornfield Group, Media Concepts and numerous others as Director.
